Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel an agreement for the purchase of a product within a reflection period of at least 14 days, without giving any reason. The reflection period starts the day after you — or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier — receive the product.

If you ordered several products in one order, the period starts the day after you receive the last product.

Notify us of your withdrawal within the reflection period by email ([email protected]) or using the European model withdrawal form.

Send the product back as soon as possible, but within 14 days of your notification, complete with all supplied accessories and — where reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. You bear the risk and the burden of proof for correct and timely return.

You bear the direct costs of returning the product. We refund all payments you made, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method you used — unless you agree otherwise. The refund is free of charge.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery, the additional costs are not refunded. We may wait to refund until we have received the product or you have proven that you returned it, whichever comes first.

Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and whose seal has been broken after delivery, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The same applies to products made to your specifications, and to sealed audio, video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken.
