Shipping

In-stock items are shipped within a maximum of 24 hours after we receive your order. Payments are processed daily, so please keep in mind that bank transfers between banks can take a little extra time.

All packages are sent via the PostNL parcel service. Delivery requires a signature. If you are not home when the courier arrives, the delivery will be taken back and offered again the next day. If you are also unavailable then, you can collect your package from the post office using the form that is left in your mailbox.

Free shipping on orders over €50 within the EU. Standard shipping is €4.95 and express shipping is €9.95.
